Each 1-ton of Kratom is lab tested by a third party.
NOTE: You get free shipping on orders $45.00 or more. We ship every order before 1:00 PM MST Monday to Saturday. Once we ship your item, you will receive a tracking number by email or text. If you want text messages, contact us, and we can help you sign up for them.
We will send out your tracking information within 24 hours. If you make an error in your delivery address, please let us know as soon as possible. In some instances, we can change your shipping address if USPS has not picked up your package. If your product is lost, you should contact USPS for a delivery update.
You can return your opened and unopened products within 30 days after receipt. Please note, to return opened product, 75% or more of the original product must be in place. You can read our full refund policy to determine if your order is eligible and how to start a return.
