Kratom Pro is one of those brands that just reels in buyers with their ultra-polished website. The sleek, clean lines and the minimalist design just exudes an aura of sophistication and class — things that aren’t too common on the kratom scene. But for as legitimate as their website might make their operation seem, there are a few lapses in Kratom Pro management.
Sure they’re an international operation, and maybe they’ve got some decent product. But without the proper product documentation, and with limited presence on social media, Kratom Pro turns out to be just another one of those brands that doesn’t quite satisfy the highest standards of consumer confidence and safety.
You’d think that a brand operating in both the United States and the European Union would have more of a presence online. A quick search of the vendor’s name shows that aside from their website, there aren’t a lot of places on the internet where you’ll find them.
The Facebook Page linked to their website has just one like and doesn’t share a lot of information about the brand. It also seems as though the Page was only put up late in 2020, and the brand hasn’t since made any effort to boost their social media presence. Heck, they don’t even have a cover photo.
While online presence and consumer generated reviews remain a problem for the Kratom Pro brand, they make up for it with their product. They have two main product categories on their website — one for powders, and another for capsules.
Their selection for powders includes Green Maeng Da, Red Bali, White Thai, and Kali Maeng Da. Their capsules are slightly more diverse, including a range of strains like Yellow Vietnam, Red Maeng Da, Green Malay, Red Borneo, Kali Maeng Da, White Indo, White Thai, Red Bali, Green Maeng Da, and White Maeng Da.
All of their products are available in package weights of 1, 4, or 8 ounces, regardless of whether you’re buying powders or capsules. And in the wake of a global pandemic, the brand has started offering their own line of face masks alongside their kratom selection, curious as that might sound.
Unlike other brands that sell all of their products at the same price, Kratom Pro’s products change cost depending on the strain. Their capsules for instance start at $22.99 for 2 ounces, and increase up to $34.99 for the same weight. Their 8oz capsules can cost up to $153.99.
Powders on the other hand start at $22.99 for 2oz, up to $25.99 for the same weight. Prices can increase up to $110.99 for 8oz of powder. Considering that that’s only about a fourth of a kilogram, it’s not hard to see that Kratom Pro’s prices are way over the industry standard for vendors in the same segment.
Add in the fact that their products aren’t backed by any sort of documentation or certificates of analysis, and you’ll see that the brand might not have enough reason to sell their stuff at such steep prices.
There aren’t a lot of ways to get a price cut on your Kratom Pro purchase since the brand doesn’t have much of an online presence. Nonetheless, they do have a newsletter sign up that lets you subscribe to their routine updates so you’re always informed about their latest product drops, sales, and discount offers.
Another thing is that Kratom Pro often holds sales that shave down prices for most of their products. For instance, some of their powders can go for as cheap as $9.47 for 2oz or $59.47 for 8oz. But then again, there are still a bunch of vendors that sell their stuff for as little as $80 per kilogram, which definitely leaves Kratom Pro’s prices in the dust.
And that’s what makes it so hard to trust in Kratom Pro’s products and promises. Although the brand’s website definitely looks legitimate, there isn’t a lot of talk online about them. In fact, there’s no mention of the brand on forums like Reddit at all.
It’s worth noting though that although there aren’t a lot of positive reviews about them online, there also aren’t any negative reviews. And since we know how kratom buyers tend to dish all the dirty details when confronted with a sloppy vendor, the lack of bad feedback might mean that the Kratom Pro brand has yet to disappoint a buyer.
Another way that Krato Pro tries to pull up their reputation is through their customer support. The brand tries to be more available to their patrons than the average kratom vendor. They have a hotline that’s open to receive concerns and inquiries any time of the day, and they also let buyers get in touch through their contact form.
They also have a bunch of contact details on their website just to give you that added shred of confidence, including a physical address, an email address, and a bunch of their socials (that don’t really get too many updates.)
Kratom Pro tries to exude an air of professionalism and expertise, which their website successfully conveys. But when you look through all the details, the brand’s lack of AKA or GMP certification proves that they’re not all that ‘premium’ after all. Plus, because none of their products are supported by lab reports, it’s hard to completely trust in what they have to offer. And since their prices are way over the industry standard, budget-conscious buyers might be better off looking to more affordable choices from other reputable sources.
