Yo Kratom is one of those obscure kratom vendors that seems to have just popped up out of nowhere. With limited information on the brand through their website, it seems they were established sometime in 2018. And with the kind of elementary marketing they use on their website, it’s easy to see they’re new to the game.
Offering a scant selection of kratom varieties, it’s hard to think of Yo Kratom standing as a go-to source for kratom products. And with just four reviews on their website, there’s no way to tell just how good (or bad) their products might be.
Honestly, there isn’t a lot of talk going on about Yo Kratom. With such massive competitors in the kratom market spending thousands upon thousands for paid ads, it’s almost impossible for brand like Yo Kratom to even pierce through the market’s collective consciousness.
Of course, you might come across a review here and there – especially ones that talk about errors in the shipment process – but you won’t really find a lot that talk about the quality of the products themselves.
Again, it’s a trip down disappointment lane when you visit Yo Kratom’s product selection. The brand doesn’t offer a lot of options, and as of writing, they only have about seven varieties of kratom to choose from. These include staples like White Borneo, Green Vietnam, and Green Maeng Da.
Powders are sold in ziplock mylar bags, with weights going up to one kilo. But for what they lack in variety and selection, they make up for with prices.
One of the reasons why Yo Kratom is still up and running is because of their eye popping prices. At just $24.99 for a 250 gram bag of kratom powder, this brand easily leaves its competitors in the dust if you were basing everything on prices alone.
If you’re interested in buying in bulk, you’d be surprised to know that their kilo bags cost just $59.99 – a mere fraction of the price that other vendors sell their kratom powder for. But then again, there is a catch. Yo Kratom doesn’t have verified lab tests on their website, so even if their products are cheap, there’s no way to tell the kind of chemistry they deliver.
The brand itself doesn’t really go far in terms of coupons and discounts. That’s expected since the company isn’t too well established just yet, so you can’t really assume they have the financial power to give out discounts left and right. Whatever the case, their products are so cheap that you’d end up spending less on their choices compared to their competitors, even if you add in the cost of shipping.
The kratom market is pretty quiet when it comes to any talk about the Yo Kratom brand, and that’s not necessarily a good thing. While there’s not a lot of negative talk about the company, there isn’t a lot of positive chatter either. And with the sheer lack of trustworthy, verified buyer reviews, it seems transacting with the brand is a risk that you’ll have to take without the guidance and counsel of buyers who have had experiences with them in the past.
Another area where Yo Kratom just seems to fall short is their customer support. Unlike other brands that offer online chat support and toll free telephone lines, Yo Kratom only offers a single email address for buyers and prospects to reach out to them. And as with any company that offers limited contact options, expect to get a response within several weeks (at the soonest.)
There’s a lot that Yo Kratom could improve on – from the look and experience of their website, to their marketing and branding, down to their selection of products and their customer support. But if there’s one thing that continues to breathe life into the brand, it’s their insanely low prices that combat that of any other product on the market. So if you were strapped for cash and you were willing to take a leap of faith on a scarcely reviewed brand, then Yo Kratom might be worth a try.
