White Malay kratom is the white vein variant of the Malay strain, originating from Malaysia. It’s known for its fast-leaning aroma and mid-to-concentrated alkaloid profile, making it a popular option within the white vein category.

Its aroma is typically slower than faster-leaning white strains such as Maeng Da, Horn, Dragon, and Thai. However, Malay is still considered one of the faster-leaning strains within the white vein category.

What Is White Malay Kratom?

The Malay strain, short for “Malaysia,” originated from the country. However, due to legal constraints on cultivation, most of the production now takes place in Indonesia, where climatic conditions closely resemble those of Malaysia.

White Malay leaves are harvested earlier than Green and Red Malay, offering a typically faster aroma compared to the other two Malay leaf vein color types.

The aroma of White Malay kratom is considered faster-leaning when compared within the white vein category. Its profile strength typically ranges from mid-spectrum to concentrated, making it a well-known, strong white strain.

How Does Malay Compare?

White Malay is a popular choice within the white vein category due to its strong profile and typically fast-leaning nature. It’s generally more subdued than popular strains like Maeng Da, Dragon, Thai, Horn, and Vietnam, but slightly faster than mid-spectrum, balanced white strains such as Hulu Kapuas, Elephant, and Bali.

White vs. Green vs. Red Malay

There are three leaf color types of the Malay strain – red, green, and white. Their names represent the color of the central vein, which changes color depending on the harvesting timeline. This, along with the drying method, influences the aroma of each Malay variety.

• White Malay – Leaves harvested the earliest. Typically, the fastest aroma of the group. Dried indoors.
• Green Malay – Leaves picked at mid-maturity. Usually the most balanced out of the three varieties. Most often dried indoors.
• Red Malay – The most mature leaves and the slowest of the three color varieties. Usually partially sun-dried.

Dosage and Storage

White Malay is offered in both fine powder and size #0 capsules. Powder is ground to a 100-micron consistency, and capsules are filled with 650 mg each.

• Powder – 2.4 grams (approx. 1 level teaspoon)
• Capsules – 4 capsules = 2.6 grams total

Store your kratom in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, or humidity. While our resealable bags are suitable for storage, we recommend transferring your product into a glass jar or HDPE/PET container for optimal shelf life.

Powder can remain fresh for 12 months, while capsules can remain fresh for 18 months if properly stored. All products come labeled with lot number and expiry date. Do not refrigerate, as this can introduce moisture into the batch.
