There was a time when Super Natural Botanicals ‘SNB’ labeled pouches dominated the shelves of gas stations, convenience stores, and smoke shops around the country. But these days, the formerly prolific SNB baggies are hard to come by, and seem to have undergone a subtle rebrand.
Where is Super Natural Botanicals now, and how can you get your hands on their once easily accessible kratom which seems to have become more elusive than ever? Here’s what you need to know.
Established in 2013, Super Natural Botanicals came about during a time when kratom was still just becoming the hot commodity that it is today. With their headquarters listed as Torrance, California, SNB took the route of supplier-slash-distributor by partnering up with head shops and gas station convenience stores to reach a wider audience with their high-quality products.
Over the years, Super Natural Botanicals came to be known as one of the brands that had every variety you could think of. Their extensive catalogue of kratom choices included rarities like Ketapang and Bentuangie, making them a fan-favorite among buyers who enjoyed mixing things up.
Although all indications seemed to point to SNB as being a healthy, profitable venture, subtle, undisclosed changes to their corporate and operational structure started taking place some time in 2023. SNB itself didn’t overtly disclose the switching of hands, but in 2021 the Better Business Bureau listed 2209 Torrance Blvd, Torrance, California as SNB’s primary location, which was identical to that of another kratom company, Ketum LLC.
Even more interestingly, in 2026 a trademark application was filed for SNB SUPER NATURAL BOTANICALS, and records identified Ketum LLC as the owner. Further research shows that a month before the filing, the SNB website was listed as having ‘passed away’ on August 29, 2026.
You can still visit the Super Natural Botanicals website, but you’ll notice that they’ve removed their contact information and address, and that clicking ‘buy on the website’ on any of their product listings will redirect you instead to Authentic Kratom.
There is no clear reason why the brand redirects to this new website, and whether it’s a rebrand for SNB. It’s worth mentioning though that SNB and Authentic Kratom were both historically identified as being separate entities. A multitude of reasons could explain the shift, such as a possible acquisition, a partnership, or a fulfillment arrangement. Whatever the case, we don’t know whether the products listed on the Authentic Kratom website are the same as those they used to sell on SNB.

Supernatural Botanicals had a considerably larger selection than many smaller kratom vendors. During the time its online store was active, the company offered dozens of different kratom varieties in several different forms, ranging from traditional powders and capsules to tablets, tinctures, and enhanced extracts.
Its powder selection alone included more than 50 varieties. Some of the strains documented in its catalog included:
…and many more.
The company’s powder catalog covered the familiar red, green, and white varieties, but it also included gold and yellow products, blends, and more specialized offerings such as Trainwreck and Ultra Enhanced Indo. Supernatural Botanicals described its powders as finely ground and packaged in vacuum-sealed bags with ziplock closures to help preserve freshness.
Powder was available in several quantities, including:
For customers who preferred something a little more convenient, Supernatural Botanicals also carried a substantial selection of capsules. More than 20 capsule products were documented in the company’s store, and came in two sizes: 00 capsules containing approximately 500 mg of kratom powder and 000 capsules containing approximately 800 mg.
Supernatural Botanicals went beyond conventional capsules with its own line of kratom tablets. Its Super Kratom Tablets contained approximately 750 mg of kratom per tablet and were available in 50-count packages.
SNB also sold kratom tinctures in different sizes and flavors, giving customers another alternative to powders and capsules. Its catalog further extended into concentrated products and enhanced kratom, including Ultra Enhanced Indo and other extract products.
Over time, Supernatural Botanicals also carried products from other brands. Its store included third-party products from companies such as MIT45 and Hush Kratom, among others. This meant that the website functioned not only as a seller of Supernatural Botanicals’ own products, but also as a broader botanical marketplace.
Supernatural Botanicals backed its products with a 100% money-back guarantee, although the company’s return policy came with an important catch: products had to be unopened to qualify for a refund or exchange. In other words, customers could request their money back if they were dissatisfied, but they generally couldn’t open and try a product first and then return it simply because they didn’t like it.
The company also provided customer support for questions and concerns about orders and products. Supernatural Botanicals emphasized laboratory testing as part of its quality-control approach, although its testing documentation was not always particularly easy to verify. A 2023 review noted that while the company said every kratom batch was tested, the most recent laboratory report the reviewer could find on the website dated back to 2021.
Supernatural Botanicals had a relatively small but generally mixed body of customer feedback online. Some customers praised the quality of the company’s kratom and its customer service. One Reddit user described the products as good quality and the customer service as good, while criticizing the company’s relatively high prices. Another customer reported a positive experience with Super Green Malay.
Price was one of the more consistent criticisms. At the time of a 2023 review, Supernatural Botanicals was charging approximately $179.95 for a kilogram of powder and $11.95 for an ounce, putting it on the more expensive end of the kratom market.
There were also some more serious complaints about the company’s handling of criticism. In 2022, Reddit users discussed allegations that Supernatural Botanicals had publicly responded to negative reviews in a way that revealed identifying information about a reviewer. Other users in the same discussion also complained about difficulties getting answers from the company. Although these are customer allegations rather than independently established findings, they form part of the brand’s online reputation.
Overall, Supernatural Botanicals’ reputation was not uniformly positive or negative. Its relatively high prices, restrictive unopened-product return requirement, and some complaints about customer relations tarnished their reputation somewhat. But there were equally prominent bright spots, and there was no denying that the SNB bags were some of the easiest to sell for headshop brands that stocked the brand.
Currently, all evidence points to the possibility that there are some major changes happening behind the scenes at SNB. And while you wait, you may have to shop via their (alleged) sister company, Authentic Kratom, for the time being.
With SNB choosing to redirect ‘buy now’ clicks to this new website, we can assume that the company vets the products at Authentic Kratom to be identical if not similar to the stuff they used to offer. So if you’ve got a hankering for SNB’s kratom, don’t let the redirect keep you from clicking through to check out.
