They carry almost all of the best known kratom vape shop brands, giving you a pretty solid range of options if you’re just shopping around and not sure what you want. What really pushes G & G into ‘best smoke shop’ territory is their rewards program. The more you shop at G & G, the more freebies and discounts you stand to unlock for your future purchases.
It’s worth noting that Nebraska doesn’t outrightly ban kratom, but they do have a few new regulations in place. The Nebraska Department of Revenue has outlined guidance and penalties for vendors hoping to sell their kratom within the state.
That is, kratom brands must first pass assessment by the Nebraska DOR and land in their registry of approved kratom products. So shops that sell kratom products that have not been assessed and registered by the DOR may be subject to penalties depending on the nuances of the incident:
You can check the Nebraska DOR registry to find out whether a kratom product has been approved in the state. Keep in mind that they assess and approve products, not brands. So it is possible for a brand to have a mix of approved and unapproved products.
What does that mean if you’re buying kratom online? Right now, it’s not exactly clear since the regulation specifically deals with kratom products that are sold in the state. So no one really knows what happens if you’re buying kratom products online that do not appear on the DOR registry.
It might be best to check the registry and shop only the products that appear on the list to avoid any problems with your package. Right now, though, it seems that most vendors haven’t changed their shipping policies to exclude Nebraska as a serviceable location, especially since the regulations are fairly new.
If you happen to order kratom online and it’s seized for not appearing on the registry, penalties will mainly fall on the vendor. On your end, the worst that could happen is that you probably won’t receive your package.
